Using: La Carne Pork Chorizo Sausages
Ingredients:
- 2 La Carne Pork Chorizo Sausages (sliced)
- 200g pasta (penne or spaghetti)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ tsp red chili flakes
- ½ cup fresh basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Cook pasta as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic, and add sliced Pork Chorizo Sausages.
- Add cherry tomatoes and chili flakes, cooking until soft.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well.
- Garnish with basil and Parmesan. Serve hot!
