Spicy Pork Chorizo Pasta

Using: La Carne Pork Chorizo Sausages
Ingredients:

  • 2 La Carne Pork Chorizo Sausages (sliced)
  • 200g pasta (penne or spaghetti)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ tsp red chili flakes
  • ½ cup fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  • Cook pasta as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic, and add sliced Pork Chorizo Sausages.
  • Add cherry tomatoes and chili flakes, cooking until soft.
  • Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well.
  • Garnish with basil and Parmesan. Serve hot!
