Using: La Carne Chicken Parsley Sausage
Ingredients:
- 2 La Carne Chicken Parsley Sausages (sliced)
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup bell peppers (chopped)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat butter in a pan and sauté the sliced Chicken Parsley Sausages with bell peppers.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
- Pour the eggs into the pan and let them cook on low heat.
- Sprinkle grated cheese and fold the omelette.
- Serve hot with toast or a fresh salad.
